Cancellations must be received in writing to
[email protected] no later than 11:59 pm MST, August 11, 2025 to receive a refund minus a $75 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 11:59 pm MST, August 11, 2025.
Please be aware that once you receive and begin the 9 hours of online material for the Training Course you are currently registered to attend, you will no longer have the option to cancel your attendance at the In-Person Segment of your SOS Training Course. If you receive and begin to view the online material and then decide you cannot attend the In-Person Segment of the SOS Training Course for which you have registered, you will not receive a refund. You will instead have the option to transfer to a different In-Person SOS Training Course segment. You will need to notify us immediately if you need a transfer, along with which other SOS Training Course you want to attend instead. There will be a $75.00 administrative transfer fee to place you in the new In-Person Training Course segment. Please note that if you do not attend the In-Person Segment of the SOS Training Course within 12 months, you will forfeit your complete registration fee. There will be no partial credit given for the prerequisite, 9-hour Online Segment of the Hybrid SOS Training Course, nor will you receive a Certificate of Completion unless you complete both the Online and In-Person Segments (the full Hybrid SOS Training Course).
Registrations may be substituted for another attendee from the same organization. Substitutions must be submitted in writing by 11:59 pm MST, August 28, 2025 to
[email protected], otherwise the substitution cannot be honored.
Registrations cancelled due to a family emergency or illness will be deferred to a future SOS Approach to Feeding Training Course hosted by Toomey & Associates, Inc. within 1 year of the start date of the original course.
