Update Your Information

To ensure that your information is listed, please review the following instructions when updating your information.

1. Ensure that all fields are completed and current.  Missing information will result in the listings not displaying or not displaying correctly on the SOS Referral List.
2. Please do not use all capital letters when entering your information.
3. Please enter your City and State by spelling out the entire name (No abbreviations or the use of all capital letters please).
4. If your location does not have a State or Province, please fill in this field with the word “ALL” (use all caps please).
5. Please note, if we do not have a City for your referral listing, the word “ALL” is currently displayed. Please please update this information by entering in your city.
