Transfer Policy

The following SOS Mentorship Course registration is not available for cancellations/refunds - only eligible for transfers from one CDAU-Health professional to another CDAU-Health professional for the same course September 1 - December 22, 2022. All transfers must be provided in writing no later than 7 days prior to the first session. Cancellation of the Event by Toomey & Associates, Inc. Please be aware that Toomey & Associates, Inc. will present the SOS Mentorship course despite one SOS Professor being ill. One SOS Professor can present in an emergency situation. If an SOS Professors are unavailable, a substitute SOS Professor will teach. If all SOS Professors are ill and no substitute are available, this would then constitute an SOS Professor cancellation by Toomey & Associates, Inc. of a single SOS Mentorship session. In the case of the above session cancellation, a make-up session will be arranged between the Registrants/Attendees and the SOS Professors.
